PRICING

All projects and services are priced according to the scope of work that is required. Blazevue Digi Solutions will provide you with a detailed estimate or quote for the services you require. Additional work beyond the scope of the estimate may result in additional charges.

PAYMENT

Blazevue Digi Solutions accepts payment via direct bank transfer or payment gateway. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before any final deliverables are provided.

TIMEFRAME

After reviewing your project, Blazevue Digi Solutions will provide you with an estimated timeframe for completion. Please note that this timeframe is subject to change based on the scope of work and communication between both parties. Our team will make all reasonable efforts to complete your project within the estimated timeframe.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Blazevue Digi Solutions agrees to keep all client information and materials confidential. We will not disclose any confidential information regarding our clients or their projects to third parties without the client’s prior permission.

COPYRIGHTS

During the project period, Blazevue Digi Solutions has copyright ownership over all designs produced for our clients. However, once all outstanding balances are settled, the client will obtain complete ownership of the designs.

REVIEWS

Blazevue Digi Solutions may request a client review of our services upon project completion. We use reviews to improve our services and ensure that we are providing the best possible service to our clients.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the service at any time with written notice. If Blazevue Digi Solutions terminates the service due to the client’s breach of contract, the client shall be liable for all outstanding balances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Blazevue Digi Solutions is not liable for any damages, losses or expenses arising from the client’s use or misuse of the services provided. The client agrees to indemnify Blazevue Digi Solutions and hold us harmless from any claims or damages related to our services.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of India.

MODIFICATIONS

Blazevue Digi Solutions reserves the right to modify our Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice on our website or by e-mail if any changes have been made.
